MINI LOLLIPOP is a veritable playtime paradise for the little ones. The area is designated for children under the age of 4 and fulfills their every wish: Toddlers can improve their skills while playing entertaining wall games, wave to their parents from inside small houses, or experience joy of sliding down a mini slide.

MINI LOLLIPOP is free of charge for the little ones.

The bicycle parking is located directly in front of the entrance on the ground floor.

There are 600 parking spaces at Q19 – free parking for 2 hours.

Dogs are welcome at Q19. They must be kept on a leash & muzzled in the entire indoor area.

The return point for empty bottles is located on the ground floor between Hervis and the INTERSPAR “Heiße Theke”.

The lottery “Lotto/Toto” branch is located on the ground floor. Lottery agent’s shop, sports betting, tobacco products and more.

Q19 can be reached via bus, tramway, railway and metro. The station Heiligenstadt is 5 minutes away. Right in front of Q19 there is a bus- & a tramstation.
