Disabled and family parking spaces are located directly by all entrances at Q19.

Centre management
The centre management at Q19 is located on the second floor – accessible via the corridor in between Deichmann & Gruppa L’Ultima on the first floor.

There are 600 parking spaces at Q19 – free parking for 2 hours.

Throughout the entire area of Q19, the free Q19 WiFi is avaiable for customers for the duration of their stay.
Phone charging station
Lockable phone charging stations are located on the ground floor vis-a-vis the INTERSPAR checkout on the ground floor. They are compatible with most common smartphone models.
Dogs welcome
Dogs are welcome at Q19. They must be kept on a leash & muzzled in the entire indoor area.

The children’s ride-on toys at Q19 are located on the ground floor in front of H&M and on the first floor vis-a-vis Depot.

The return point for empty bottles is located on the ground floor between Hervis and the INTERSPAR “Heiße Theke”.
Elevators – access to all floors
There are 6 elevators at Q19. Each elevator is suitable for wheelchairs. All floors can be accessed via the elevators.

The lottery “Lotto/Toto” branch is located on the ground floor. Lottery agent’s shop, sports betting, tobacco products and more.
MINI LOLLIPOP
MINI LOLLIPOP is a veritable playtime paradise for the little ones. The area is designated for children under the age of 4 and fulfills their every wish: Toddlers can improve their skills while playing entertaining wall games, wave to their parents from inside small houses, or experience joy of sliding down a mini slide. MINI LOLLIPOP is free of charge for the little ones and located on the first floor vis-a-vis H&M.
